This kitchen was designed

Equipped with plenty of storage, everything has a place. The clean, bright finishes provide a polished environment worthy of any chef.

The updated dinette area is a work of art, composed of circular forms, lights and shadows .

684 Broadway

The goal of this project was to make the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment, handicap accessible.

All the bathrooms were enlarged to allow for a wheelchair to maneuver around freely. The kitchen footprint was extended into the living room space to create a smooth transition. The final result ? A happy space with surprising pops of color, meticulously constructed.

All built ins were hand crafted by High Class Construction's expert carpenters.

1 Irving Place

From patio to kitchen, this combination apartment received a full remodel. Skillfully installed finishes carry classic elegance throughout this home. A stunning lighting feature was constructed in the vestibule's gallery. Outside a new teak patio and benches were built. Custom fabricated Frank Lloyd Wright grills were installed in stone and wood in PTAC unit tops. The quality work bolsters the harmonious design.

This commercial property was completely gutted and redesigned for utility.

The concrete floors were created using trowel and float methods. The mixture was beautifully custom colored with hints of graphite and slate tones.
